Rita Ora ensured she caught the eye of onlookers as she stepped out in New York City on Tuesday.

The singer, 32, has been in the Big Apple this week to promote her new single You Only Love Me.

And she commanded attention as she left her leg on show while wearing a floral split-thigh dress and a par of over-knee PVC platform boots.

She appeared on The One Show on Friday to speak about the release of her single and how she is being more ‘honest’ in her music.

The music video for the much-anticipated song sees Rita getting ready for fictional wedding and sporting a stunning white gown and veil.

However, Rita dispelled any claims that the bridal gown was her actual wedding dress, after she finally confirmed that she has tied the knot with Taika Waititi.

When asked by host Alex Jones about the gown, Rita said: ‘No it wasn’t actually the one that I wore!

It came after Rita finally confirmed she has tied the knot with beau Taika on Friday, describing the nuptials as ‘perfect’ and a ‘special day’. 

She was speaking on Heart Radio Breakfast to promote her latest single shortly after posing topless to celebrate the release.

Rita said: ‘Yes [I am married]. I am officially off the market people. I chose to keep it more private and keep it to myself more but with my new video I am playing on what could have been’.

Rita and Taika started dating in March 2021, before going public with their romance that August. 

The couple got engaged in June, and sources now claim that they are planning a huge party to celebrate their secret wedding with friends and family.

It was reported in June that the couple were to wed one another after almost simultaneously popping the question. 

The British singer and the filmmaker were said to be planning an imminent, low-key ceremony abroad before celebrating with their fellow A-listers in a big London bash.
