Comic Relief viewers went wild for 90s girl band B*witched as they performed on the Red Nose Day fundraiser on Friday.
The Irish pop group – twin sisters Edele, 43, and Keavy Lynch, 43, Lindsay Armaou, 44, and Sinéad O’Carroll, 49 – were one of the musical acts to perform on the television charity event this year.
They were seen performing with dancers dressed in green four leaf clover costumes and Guinness beer outfits today, which was St. Patrick’s Day, the traditional death date of Saint Patrick, the foremost patron saint of Ireland.
Girl group B*witched left fans delighted as they appeared on screen, with some claiming they were ‘screaming’ and dancing around their living rooms.
Others noted they looked just as youthful as they did when they rose to fame in 1998 while other devotees remarked about their talent for dancing in high heels.

‘You don’t even look 25! I am serious. Seriously.’
Moving on, the TV host asked B*witched: ‘But what are the highlights? What have been your highlights?’
Edele responded: ‘The highlights over the 25 years? I think it has got to be doing your own tour. Doing our own tour and you build the stage set and you write the whole thing.’
The band also confessed that they believe they’ve been together for 25 years because ‘unlike other bands’ they put themselves together, rather than being selected by a management team.
After chatting to Dermot and Alison, the group performed a rendition of C’est La Vie, much to the delight of viewers.

B*witched have been friends since their teenage years and plan to celebrate the anniversary with a soon to be announced tour.
In 2001, while third album was in the works, the girls received a phone call from their manager telling them their record label had dropped them.
A year later, with no record deal in sight, Sinead left the band, and the group split officially a year later before reuniting in 2012 for ITV2 reality show The Big Reunion, and performing together ever since.
Pop stars: The group ruled the charts between 1997 and 2002 with their hits including C’est La Vie which went on to make them the youngest girl group to have a UK#1 (pictured in 1999)
