‘I personally ran my pill packs together because I didn’t want to have a period while I was in there and the doctor was like, ‘Yeah that’s not going to work’ and I was like, ‘It will, it will’. And it did work… until it didn’t.
‘But yeah, you just get on with it.’
Amy captioned the video: ‘I understand everyone is different and they’d make allowances I’m sure, I was just talking about my experience and meant we weren’t banished.’
She also gave an insight into how much they are allowed to drink while in the villa.
She explained: ‘It’s one drink on a normal night and then two drinks if it’s a long night.
‘A lot of us didn’t end up drinking because what’s the point in having one glass?
‘Some nights we were just like ‘we want to get drunk’ if it’s been a stressful day or whatever. But when there’s massive rows I always thought ‘imagine that with a skinful of alcohol’, so I actually didn’t mind and, also, no hangovers, which was good.’
It comes after pregnant Amy revealed her unborn child is in the back-to-back position, but has asked followers not to send her labour ‘horror stories’.

Amy took to her Instagram Stories on Monday to reveal that she had been accused of ‘airbrushing’ a set of baby bump pictures.
Amy had shared an array of stunning snaps from a recent photoshoot showing her cradling her growing baby bump as she celebrated 37 weeks of pregnancy.
But she took to her Stories just hours after she shared the glowing pictures to reveal that she had been accused of ‘airbrushing’ her face.
The troll wrote: ‘Shame you’ve airbrushed yourself as it’s not needed and should be lovely natural photos.’

Amy was quick to hit back at the claims and insisted she did not airbrush her pictures or put any filters on them, saying it was just the results of a ‘beautifully lit studio’.
But Amy did admit that she too thought her photographs might have been edited when she first received them, before zooming in and seeing her ‘skin texture’.
She wrote: ‘I knew this would happen as soon as I got sent them. Coz my first thought was ooh has my face been edited. But I zoomed in and saw my forehead lines and skin texture and was like oh OK!
‘@Sorchamakeupartist literally makes my face look like it’s got a filter on and obviously it was shot in a beautifully lit studio.’
