And Gemma Collins looked in good spirits as she enjoyed an evening at Proud Cabaret in London on Saturday.

The former TOWIE star, 41, cut a trendy figure as she donned a black velvet blazer which she wore over a matching lace top.

The media personality also sported a pair of black trousers and added height to her frame with open-toed heels.

Adding to her look with a lack handbag, Gemma sported a heavy fringe and wore her locks in a poker straight style.

The star put on an animated display as she posed for snaps alongside some of the performers at the show.

The appearance comes after Gemma said she needed urgent medical assistance after suffering severe stomach pain that left her doubled over in agony and convinced she was giving birth to an unexpected baby.

The reality TV personality, who has lost more than three stone in weight thanks to dietary and lifestyle changes, admitted she needed a doctor after being stricken with excruciating abdominal pain this week.

Addressing the incident on her Gemma Collins Podcast, the former I’m A Celebrity star said: ‘It has been one hell of a week.

‘On Monday morning I was trying to chill out and catch up on emails.

‘All of a sudden I’m crippled over in pain thinking, “OMG, I’m about to give birth to a baby that I don’t know I’m having.”‘

She added: ‘I thought about calling an ambulance but I was like, maybe not, just check it out first.

‘So I was being told that basically, more or less I was passing a kidney stone. So that was the start to my week.’
